Creating a Palzea account takes just a few minutes. You only need a valid email address and a strong password.
Step-by-step registration
- Open the Sign up page from the top-right corner of the site.
- Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 10 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols.
- Accept the Terms of Service and submit the form.
- Check your inbox and click the confirmation link we send you. The link expires after 24 hours.
After your email is confirmed
Once confirmed, you can log in and explore the platform. Before depositing or trading we strongly recommend two things:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your security settings. It is the single most effective protection for your funds.
- Complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock deposits, withdrawals and full trading limits.
Common sign-up problems
The confirmation email never arrived
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, request a new link from the login page. Corporate inboxes sometimes block automated mail — a personal address usually works better.
My email is already registered
You may have signed up before. Use the password recovery option; if you believe someone else used your address, contact support immediately.
One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts can be suspended during compliance reviews.
