How to fund your account for the first time

Once your account is verified there are two ways to get funds into Palzea.

Option 1 — Deposit crypto you already own

If you hold crypto on another exchange or wallet, transferring it in is usually the cheapest option.

1. Open Wallet → Deposit and pick the asset.
2. Select the network. The network must match on both sides — sending USDT over TRC-20 to an ERC-20 address will lose the funds.
3. Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR) into the sending platform.
4. Wait for network confirmations; the deposit appears automatically.

Option 2 — Buy crypto with a card

The Buy Now section lets you purchase crypto with a debit or credit card. The card provider applies its own fee, shown before you confirm. Purchases credit your spot wallet immediately after the payment clears.
