These terms govern your access to and use of Palzea's platform and services. By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to be bound by them.
Palzea does not carry out identity verification itself. Some services you reach through Palzea — particularly fiat options such as card payments, bank transfers and on-ramp or off-ramp solutions — are provided by independent third parties that do run their own checks.
The services are provided as is and as available. Palzea is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from your use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify Palzea against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
API keys are personal and revocable, and are subject to rate limits and to our security policies. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for any activity carried out with them.
Brand names, logos and platform materials belong to Palzea or to its licensors, and may not be used without permission.
We may suspend or end access, with or without notice, where the law, our risk controls or a material breach of these terms require it. We will act reasonably and, where we are permitted to, tell you why.
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be processed outside your country, subject to adequate safeguards.
We may contact you through in-app messages or by email. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and to read the notices we send about your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts, or by arbitration in Panama City, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date is shown at the foot of this page. Continuing to use Palzea after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version.
Full corporate details — registry entries, deed numbers, share capital and officers — are available on bona fide request to regulators, banks and law enforcement.
