How P2P trading works

Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading connects buyers and sellers directly. You pay with local methods — bank transfer, mobile payments — and Palzea holds the crypto in escrow until both sides confirm.

Buying crypto on P2P

  1. Browse the P2P market and pick an ad with a good price and a seller with high completion rate.
  2. Open the order. The seller's crypto is locked in escrow automatically.
  3. Pay the seller through the agreed payment method, outside the platform.
  4. Mark the order as paid and attach proof if requested.
  5. When the seller confirms receipt, the escrow releases the crypto to your wallet.

Staying safe

  • Communicate only through the order chat — it is the evidence base if a dispute arises.
  • Never release crypto (as a seller) before the money is in your account. A payment screenshot is not money.
  • Check the counterparty's completion rate and feedback before opening large orders.

Never cancel an order after paying, and never pay outside the methods listed in the ad. Both are classic scam setups.
