You can withdraw any asset in your spot wallet to an external address at any time, as long as your account is verified.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Open Wallet → Withdraw and select the asset.
- Paste the destination address. Triple-check the first and last characters.
- Select the network — it must match the destination wallet's network.
- Enter the amount. The screen shows the network fee and the exact amount that will arrive.
- Confirm with your 2FA code.
Processing times
Most withdrawals are broadcast within minutes. Large amounts or unusual activity can trigger a manual security review, which may take up to 24 hours. You will see the transaction hash in your withdrawal history as soon as it is broadcast.
Withdrawal is stuck or pending
- Pending review: a security check is in progress — no action needed.
- Broadcast but unconfirmed: the blockchain is congested; track the hash in a network explorer.
- Failed: funds are returned to your balance automatically. Check the address format and retry.
Withdrawals to the wrong network or address cannot be reversed. Palzea cannot recover funds sent to addresses outside our control.
