Don't worry — in the vast majority of cases the funds are safe and simply still in transit.
Check these first
- Find the transaction hash (TXID) in the sending platform's withdrawal history.
- Look it up in a network explorer (Etherscan, Tronscan, BscScan…). If the transaction shows as pending, the network simply has not confirmed it yet.
- Count the confirmations. Each asset requires a minimum number of confirmations before it is credited — Bitcoin deposits, for example, need more confirmations than Tron deposits.
- Verify the address and network match what Palzea generated for that asset.
When to contact support
Contact us through the form on this page if:
- The explorer shows the transaction as confirmed but your balance has not updated after one hour.
- You sent funds through a different network than the one selected on the deposit screen.
Include the TXID, the asset, the network and the amount — with those four data points we can locate any transfer.
Deposits sent with insufficient network fees can take many hours to confirm. This is outside any exchange's control.
