1) How Verification Works with Palzea
You can use Palzea as a crypto-first platform. Deposits, trading and withdrawals in crypto are generally
handled directly between your wallet and Palzea’s systems. When you choose to use extra services like card
payments, bank transfers or other fiat on-ramp / off-ramp methods, those parts are usually provided by
independent, regulated partners.
- Any identity checks for those services are done directly with the external provider.
- They may ask you for ID documents, selfies or other information — Palzea does not see those documents.
- We may only receive limited status information (for example: “verified”, “not verified” or “extra checks required”).

2) When Can I Be Asked for KYC?
You might be asked to complete verification if you decide to use certain features or payment methods that
require it on the provider’s side.
- Paying in fiat (e.g. card or bank transfer) to buy crypto through an on-ramp.
- Receiving fiat to your bank account when using off-ramp services.
- Using local payment methods where regulations require identity checks.
- When a provider detects unusual activity and needs extra confirmation.
If you prefer to stay crypto-only and use your own wallets, you can typically do so without going through a
separate KYC flow, subject to local rules and any future changes.
3) Typical Verification Flow with a Provider
1
Choose a method: In Palzea, pick a payment option (for example, card or bank transfer) that suits you.
2
Get redirected: You may be sent to the provider’s page or popup to confirm details.
3
Complete their checks: If needed, the provider may ask for ID documents or additional information.
4
Back to Palzea: Once the provider approves the payment, the crypto or fiat leg of the transaction is processed.
All verification data in this flow is handled by the external provider. Palzea only gets the confirmation
needed to apply the result (for example, crediting your balance or showing that a method is available).
4) What Palzea Sees (and What We Don’t)
-
We do see: your Palzea account details (email, settings), your trades and on-platform
transactions, and limited status information from providers (e.g. whether a payment succeeded or if a method
is enabled for your profile).
-
We do not see: the full KYC files you submit to external providers (ID scans, selfies,
full bank statements, etc.). Those remain with the provider, under their own privacy policy.
-
We never ask you to send ID documents by email, chat, or social media. If anyone claims
to be Palzea and asks for that, treat it as suspicious and contact support.
5) Tips for a Smooth Verification (with Providers)
- Use your real name and details exactly as they appear on your ID and bank account.
- Make sure photos or scans are clear, not cropped, and not heavily edited or filtered.
- Only complete verification on links and pages you opened from Palzea or you trust.
- If a check is taking longer than expected, check the provider’s status page or contact their support.
6) Questions or Problems with Verification?
If you’re unsure about a verification request, or a payment seems stuck between Palzea and a provider,
you can reach out to us. We can’t see inside the provider’s systems, but we can help you understand what’s
happening and what to ask them.
Palzea aims to keep verification simple and transparent. You decide which external services to use and when to share your documents with them.
