How P2P trading works.
Every trade is protected by escrow. Assets only move once both sides have
held up their end.
1
Pick an offer
Browse the order book, filter by payment method and price, and open a trade with the counterparty you choose.
2
Crypto goes into escrow
The seller's crypto is locked by Palzea before any money changes hands. Neither side can move it while the trade is open.
3
Pay and release
Send payment through the agreed method and mark it as paid. Once the seller confirms receipt, escrow releases the crypto to you.
Never release escrow before the payment has actually landed in your account,
and keep all communication inside the trade chat — it's the only record our
team can review. Something went wrong?

FAQ
P2P questions, answered.
What is P2P trading?
Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading lets you buy and sell crypto directly with other Palzea users using local payment methods, while the platform holds the crypto in escrow until both sides complete the trade.
How does escrow protect me?
When an order starts, the seller’s crypto is locked in escrow. It can only be released to the buyer once payment is confirmed, so neither side can walk away with both the crypto and the money.
Which payment methods can I use?
Each seller lists the methods they accept — typically bank transfer, popular e-wallets and regional options. Filter offers by the method that works for you before opening an order.
How long does a P2P trade take?
Most trades finish in minutes. Each order has a payment time window; pay and mark the order as paid within it, and the seller releases the crypto once your payment is confirmed.
What if the seller doesn’t release the crypto?
If you have paid and the seller has not released after a reasonable time, open a dispute from the order. The crypto stays safely in escrow and the support team reviews the evidence before deciding.
How do I open a dispute or appeal?
From the active order, choose to appeal and attach proof of payment such as receipts and references. Keep the chat on-platform — those records are what the team uses to resolve the case.
Are there fees for P2P trading?
Buyers usually trade without a fee; merchants posting ads may pay a small maker fee. The exact rates that apply to you are shown on the Fees page and at the moment you place an order.
How do I become a P2P merchant?
Once your account is verified you can post your own buy and sell ads, set your prices and payment methods, and build a completion record that helps you attract more trades.
