1) Acceptance & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Palzea complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Palzea may decline, suspend, or terminate access where required by law, sanctions, or risk controls.
2) Third-Party Verification & External Providers
Palzea itself does not carry out identity verification (KYC) on users. However, some
services you access through Palzea — especially fiat-related options such as card payments, bank transfers
or other on-ramp / off-ramp solutions — may be provided by independent third parties that do perform their
own verification checks.
-
If you choose to use those external services, any KYC or verification process (including document uploads)
is done directly with the third-party provider, under their own terms and privacy policy.
-
Palzea does not review or store your identity documents from those providers. We may only receive limited
information, such as whether your account is verified with that provider or if a payment method is available.
-
In some situations, those providers may pause or block operations on their side (for example, while they
review a payment). This can temporarily affect your ability to use certain methods in Palzea.
-
You are responsible for making sure that the use of any third-party provider is lawful in your region
and that you follow their own terms, conditions, and verification requirements.
3) Trading & Transactions
- Verify all trade details before confirming; blockchain transfers and escrow releases are final.
- Palzea does not guarantee profits or prevent losses arising from market volatility.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, networks, and payment details.
- We may cancel, reverse, or suspend orders to address fraud, operational errors, or legal obligations.
4) P2P Trading Rules
-
Access to some payment methods in P2P (especially fiat methods) may depend on whether you are verified
with an external provider and on your region.
- Buyers must complete payment within the order time limit; sellers release crypto only after confirming full receipt of funds.
- All disputes must be handled within the platform; off-platform deals are not protected.
- Chargebacks, scams, or fraud may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
5) Security & Account
- Enable 2FA and use strong, unique passwords. Never share passwords or private keys.
- Set an anti-phishing code and verify Palzea domains and emails.
- You are responsible for actions taken under your credentials unless Palzea is at fault.
6) Fees, Taxes & Reporting
-
Trading, network, and service fees are disclosed in the relevant screens before you confirm
a transaction and, where available, on the Fees page.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your activities on Palzea.
7) Prohibited Activities
- Illegal use, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations.
- Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or deceptive practices.
- Hacking, scraping, exploiting bugs, or interfering with platform integrity.
- Trading or soliciting trades outside the platform with Palzea users.
8) Wallets, Deposits & Withdrawals
- Always confirm the correct network and address. On-chain transfers are irreversible.
- Deposits/withdrawals may be delayed by blockchain congestion, security checks, or provider issues.
9) Risk Disclosure & Disclaimers
- Digital assets are volatile and may lead to partial or total loss.
- Information on Palzea is not investment, legal, or tax advice.
- While we apply industry-standard security, no system is immune to incidents.
10) Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Palzea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform, except to the
extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. You agree to indemnify Palzea against claims arising
from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11) API & Integrations; 12) Intellectual Property
API keys are personal, revocable, and subject to rate limits and security policies. All brand names, logos,
and platform materials are owned by Palzea or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
13) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice where required by law, risk controls, or material
breach of these Terms. We will act reasonably and, where permitted, notify you of the reasons.
14) Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be processed
outside your country subject to adequate safeguards.
15) Communications & Notices; 16) Governing Law & Disputes
We may communicate via in-app messages or email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
Panama. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts or arbitration in Panama City, unless mandatory law
specifies otherwise.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Palzea after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date will be indicated on the page.
