1. Types of Fees
-
Network fees: blockchain miners/validators charge a fee for
processing deposits and withdrawals. These amounts can change based on network
congestion.
-
Provider fees: when you use fiat or third-party services
(card, bank, etc.), those providers may apply their own fees and limits.
-
Platform fees: certain trades or services on Palzea may
include a small service fee, which will be displayed in the confirmation
screen before you proceed.
Palzea does not add hidden surcharges: any fee shown to you already includes
applicable costs from networks or providers when possible.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals
-
Crypto deposits: credited after the required number of
network confirmations. In most cases Palzea does not charge an additional
deposit fee, but network costs still apply.
-
Crypto withdrawals: a fee is applied per withdrawal to cover
the network cost. The exact fee and any minimum amount are shown in the
withdrawal screen.
-
Fiat on-ramp / off-ramp: when available, fees and limits are
usually defined by the payment provider you choose. These are shown in their
interface and/or in the Palzea confirmation step.
Always double-check the network and address before sending funds. Using an
unsupported network can lead to permanent loss of assets.
3. Trading & P2P
-
Spot trading: any trading fee or spread will be displayed
when you place an order or before you confirm a market trade.
-
P2P marketplace: some P2P orders may include a service fee.
If applicable, it is clearly indicated for both the user posting the offer
and the user taking it.
-
Regional differences: fee structures can vary by region,
currency, payment method, and verification level.
4. Transparency & Updates
Fees and limits can change over time due to network conditions, security
controls, or updates from external providers. Palzea will always show you the
current amount before you confirm a transaction.
How to see the exact fee before trading
- Open the deposit, withdrawal, or trade screen for the asset you want.
- Enter the amount and select the network or payment method.
-
Review the “You will receive” or
“Fee” line before confirming.
